Al-Shaab Leisure Park

This 126,000 square meter park lies at the Arabian Gulf Street and is considered the No.1 leisure park in Kuwait because of the wide range of games for all ages that it contains.  Moreover, the management follows the development of games and adds them to its collections without delay, so that it keeps the pace with the international development of games.  The management, also, lets out shops and utilizes the available lands commercially.

Al-Mubarakiya Market

Al-Mubarakiya Market includes 528 units, which are divided among the markets specialized in fish, meat, vegetables or clothes, along with underground car parks. The market epitomizes the depth, soul and heritage of the past. The Company management has presented a petition to the municipality of Kuwait, asking for the adjustment of activities of some more shops and it was approved during the year 1999.

Dairy Queen

On August 31, 1996, an agreement was signed granting the company the right to utilize the franchises and operate Dairy Queen Restaurants in Kuwait. This year,  two new branches were inaugurated.

Al-Mangaf Resort Project

On 4/5/1998, company signed a contract with the Touristic Enterprises Company, granting the former the right to utilize Al-Mangaf Resort project, Beach13. This project  has longitudinal area of 146,707 m2. The project includes a five-star hotel (Hilton) which has 150 rooms, chalets for VIP's regular chalets, a marina, in addition to a health club, restaurants, shops and fun attractions.  The project is currently under construction.

Al-Fintas Project

The project aims at the construction of 24 villas in the agriculture region of Fintas and is currently under construction.
